• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your card details.
• Basic usage data — via Google Analytics, we collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site). No personal information is attached to this data.

• To generate and deliver your personalised letter
• To process your payment securely via Stripe
• To send your letter to your inbox via our email delivery partner, Resend
• To respond to any questions or requests you send us

Third parties we work with

To operate our service we use the following trusted third-party providers:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never accessible to us. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
• Resend — email delivery. Your email address and letter are passed to Resend solely to deliver your letter to your inbox.
• Anthropic — AI letter generation. Your answers to our intake questions are passed to Anthropic's API to generate your letter. This data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Vercel — website hosting. Our site is hosted on Vercel's servers.
• Google Analytics — anonymised site usage data only.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
